The traits of a leader are mainly that he can be trusted, the leader does not insult the leader's group members, the leader knows how to act in different situations and does not fool around when there is work to be done. A good leader also helps the leader's teammates without any objections and is also a good listener. A good leader does not ignore the comments of the leader's teammates. A good leader also knows how to control situations easily and also controls his character easily.

A good leader manages stressful situations by first calming himself/herself down. Next the leader would also try to calm his teammates if they are involved. The leader would then try and control the situation and try to fix it or get help from someone else. The leader would also get feedback from his/her teammates and their points of view on what had happened.
