Traits of a leader in my opinion:
-Look at the big picture and act accordingly, even though it might not be good short term, it would benefit greatly in the long term.
-Responsible, not running away when problems arise.
-Honest, not swayed/tempted by money
-Determined, does not give up easily
I think a good leader under stress and pressure would think about the consequences of whatever he does and how it would affect his followers in the long run, for example, how going to war would affect the people and the stability of the country. A good leader would also never run away while under stress or pressure and would instead be determined to suceed. They would also be responsible for his or her own actions and not try to use their own influence or power to "escape" but face the consequences of their actions.
