A good leader has to posses traits such as being able to serve is followers needs, rather than the other way around. He should always have a high morale, rallying his team in times of trials. If a leader cannot maintain a high morale during trials, how is the team suppose to face that problem with a positive attitude. He also needs to have a good character, maintain composure in times of crisis.
During a time of crisis, a leader must utilize this quality of reaming calm and composure. After that, he should be able to use his critical thinking skills to access the situation and solve it. Meanwhile he should also keep his team's morale n spirits high, not letting them give up or have a "die already" attitude. This way, a good leader would be able to manage a situation of crisis.
